Terms of Service & Licensing

1. Template License Scope

Each template purchase grants the licensee a non-exclusive, revocable license to deploy and customize the purchased codebase for client or internal production instances as permitted under the purchased tier.

2. Prohibited Distribution

Unauthorized redistribution, public re-selling, leaking on underground forums, or sublicensing of our raw source code packages is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate DMCA actions and commercial claims.

3. Updates & Maintenance

Licensees receive bug fixes and framework security updates in accordance with their selected support plan. Custom code additions or third-party API mutations are the sole responsibility of the deployer.
